The vanity boxes are inspired by Louis Vuitton toiletries which were its success in the 1920s / 30s.  

The vanity is a luggage Lozine hand rigid , appeared in the 50s . It will be renamed "beauty-case" in the 90s. The vanity is dedicated to the woman , her beauty and her coquetry. Equipped with a flat top handle, interior mirror and leather straps to hold vials. Like a small trunk, it can carry jewelry , perfume , make-up , medicine , everything you can find in a bathroom . It owes its success to its robustnessand its elegance . It adapts perfectly to new ways of traveling and living .

The Vanity range includes  3   series models which have only changed. 

As standard in monogram canvas , they can be declined in coated canvas, natural cowhide or epi leather.

It is also the most counterfeit rigid luggage since the 1970s.

Medicine box - M21826

Dressed in Monogram canvas, designed for a variety of uses, this medicine box can also accommodate jewelry and beauty products. Practical, it has a washable interior lining.

In the mid-1970s, Louis Vuitton's cult luggage was revisited and brought up to date with the design of the time.

The lozines luggage (Bisten, Cotteville, Alzer, Vanity range...) are devoid of half of the lozines to be in the style of the 70's.

The two versions: historical classic or the 70's limited edition coexist together and are offered to customers to suit all styles.

There are some variations between the first editions and today's edition. In particular the marking on the leather handle. If the color of the handle is a good way to know the age of a vanity, because the leather oxidizes with the environment (moisture and UV). The marking meanwhile does not mislead, unless the handle has been replaced.
